ome.tiff file openning¶

section will explain how to open our file (ome.tiff or metadata.companion files) in analysis software ome.tiff file is image only metadata.companion allows to open the images with the metadata.

Imaris¶

Before to open ome.tiff file in imaris, the file need to be converted with Imaris Converter. For this step, differents points are importants:

• Download and install the bioformat plugin
• Select the open microscopy environment file to convert with the bioformat plugin
• Image open select ....
